craftsman floor jack problems

hi guys,

I've got a six year old 3-1/2 t hyd. floor jack from Sears... been a good jack but lately doesn't want to lift more than about 3/4 height...

checked the fluid.... it's full

any suggestions ???

craftsman floor jack problems

open the relese valve and pump for awile, may be some air traped, then recheck fluied levle. if not wal-mart still has them but $5 chepper then 6 years ago.

Bad seals on the pump can also cause that problem.
