Cant get my pulley to go back on and i am so frustrated with this crap. First off the loaner tool i got the bolt that puts the pulley back on would only thread on to my pump side ways. Then i found a bolt just like it that i had and i used that. I got the pulley half way on the then it would not budge at all. Tried tapping with a hammer with little luck. Then while really torquing on it i snapped the damn bolt off. I got it out tho. Now i dont know what to do. Im so mad right now im ready to burn the truck so sick and tired of it.
Is the pulley metal or plastic ? If it's metal put it on a hot plate for a little while. A pair of welding gloves or pliers and it will slide right on.
lol, no worse then setting up a table in the living room to grind heads, (hey it was raining outside, lol) but most definitely heating up the pully will get it right on.

When I would set the soldering iron down (the tip was still in the air) the heat would melt small areas of the carpet. You can tell where I sat on the carpet to do this. Well since I burned the carpet once, there was no harm in doing it again so I did a second harness
