Looking for someone who owns/knows about the dentsides to either buy lessons/knowledge off of or trade for my computer help/knowledge.
I have a '78 F150 and looking for assistance in being able to work on it. I'm a quick learner and have a background in virtually all trades except mechanics, which is unfortunate all things consider.
I'm a systems administrator capable of working on any Windows based system, a strong background in networking, and able to do anything with telephony. Willing to trade trades or hire you outright for guidance in working on my truck.
I'm not looking for someone to do the work, but help teach me how to do it.
Hi Carter I'm from the Pittsburgh area my self and totally love the dentside trucks. What kind of things do you need help with? And where about do you live? I will help with what I can. Pics are a great tool to utilize in seeking help with a specific problem. Videos work great as well. Be sure to check out the dentside forums as well if you haven't already.
yes as a baby, which means I outlived a freaking bridge. Quality of construction!
God: 1, Engineers: 0
My grandparents occupied one of the apartments for like 40 years from essentially behind where you took that pic - in the late 60's they had a car come into the LR just after they went to bed, and the guardrail got built!
My granddad was a machinist at Westinghouse and walked every day to work across an old RR bridge that was down behind the apartments, used to ride my 3 wheeler atv down in the weeds/woods etc that were the old RR yard. I got pics of me standing on the porch of a PRR SD45 at the pitcairn yard when 4ish...ahhh...fading memories....
But yes, cooks forest now...go thru TIO a lot - we used to host kelletville campground and visit from time to time now - cheap RV vacations given the gas price...stop in the antique store next time by fryburg and buy buy buy!!!
