2012 E250 Suspension Popping

We have a 2012 E250 in our fleet that has a popping noise coming from the right front coil spring. Been to the dealership many times and every time they tell us it is normal and they clean the area and apply grease to the top of the coil. It stops popping for about 2 weeks and then goes back to popping. It appears the coil is rubbing the top of the coil bucket and popping. Any suggestions or others having an issue?

Please let me know what they find out. Mine just started doing it and I thought the sway bar was sliding around. 2012 E250 Super Duty Extended, 31k miles
