1995 ford brake issue

I have a 1995 ford f250 7.3 power stroke. I've replace front brakes , rotors , calipers , rear cylinders , rear brakes , vacum pump, brake boost, I get good vacum and pressure on all vacum lines except this piece. There a piece that mounts ob my driver inner fender with two 11mm nuts and vacum tube goes from it to the junction block with all other vacum lines. I got no vacum from that part don't know what it called.

This ...

Not sure what you are referring to .. The big round thing is a vacuum switch.
The round tube is the manifold that distributes vacuum to different parts of the vehicle.

All the vacuum switch does is turn on the brake warning light on the dash. Are you testing the line while it is connected to the switch or while it is connected to the distribution block? Have you tried unplugging the line from the switch and capping it off to see if that restores vacuum to the rest of the system and fixes your stiff pedal?

Um, you haven't described what your brake problem is.

UNRESOLVABLE BRAKE ISSUES 1995 F250 7.3

According to the Chilton Manual we have it is called a vacuum manifold - the low vacuum warning switch gets it's information from this part by measuring the vacuum coming out of that part. Good luck trying to find one for not even the web or part stores can locate this part for ours is doing the SAME dam thing. HOW DID YOU RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE? IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. WE'RE STUCK WITH THE SAME SYMTOMS SO PLEASE OH PLEASE ANSWER!!!!! We've replaced the vacuum pump twice, the booster once, the master cylinder 3 times, the front brakes freeze up so calipers & brakes, all of that in the front replaced, the ABS hydraulic assembly, the proportioning valve, so many too many to name. Our brake system has nearly 100% been replaced 2 times & partial replaced 1 time in 2 years ($3,000 total at this point in parts & labor) & still operates like a piece of GARBAGE. Whatever FORD did to these brake systems, not even FORD could resolve what is going on here ($1200, brakes lasted about 7 hours, they'll return no labor $-jerks): spongy brakes, hard brakes, even though bled many times by vacuum & by hand, behaves as though air is in the line, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. We've never seen ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Can't believe FORD, who manufactured & engineered the 1995's brake system, could not resolve the dangerous brakes. I don't want to own Powerstrokes anymore... YOU CAN'T FIX THE CRAP man. We have two of them: a 1995 F250 XLT with 2 years of an unresolvable break issue & a 1999 F250 Super Duty with some kind of an unresolvable PCM/GEM issue??? Both setting out there unable to get running either-- both broke down with mysterious unresolvable issues - it's been the entire 15 years of Powerstroke ownership like this & this is so financially draining & tiring. NIGHTMARE. I put a lot of information in here to see if someone can help, & to try to help others by showing some of what is going on.

How about the soft lines have you replaced those too? If you have brakes dragging most likely its a soft line collapsing, spongy brakes are due to improper bleeding, such as not bleeding the MC first before install. You'll want to jump to the ABS proportion valve then bleed it jump to the the passenger rear then driver side rear, front passenger then driver front you do this while the truck is running so make sure the truck is secured

Nightofstars- sorry for your bad luck with Fords.

It looks like you've replaced major parts of the brake system 3 times over the past few years. Your symptoms are all over the place, so I'm wondering if all the work hasn't introduced new problems while fixing or covering up some of the old problems. And maybe some of the symptoms only appeared in between major work, and aren't there now. The brake system DOES work, but not if mechanics mess up something else while fixing the original problem.

It would be good to know what the symptoms are now, in the current state. Not the history (though I understand you want to vent), but just what is there NOW.
