torque values and harmonic balancer seal

torque values and harmonic balancer seal
I really need to get a book on this truck .... Can anyone give me torque values, mine has the 5 spd mazda.
Flywheel to Crankshaft
Clutch assembly to flywheel
Harmonic balancer bolt to Crank
Mine is a 92 F 150 302 5.0 L.
Also on that seal to the harmonic balancer, in installs from the front, so that once the harmonic ballancer off, simply dig the old seal out, and install the new one, right ? Since I have a groove, thinking about adding the sleeve to the shaft ....
