I have 94 f150 flare side. I want to know what size thickness sway bars I have front n rear. I want to upgrade to urethane bushings. Thanks in advance everyone ....... P.s. I also would like to upgrade the radius arm bushing n axle pivot bushings to urethane. Thank u.

Check both Prothane and Energy Suspension sites for your application---if what you have is factory stock they'll probably have what you want.
I've found Jeg's and Amazon tend to have the best prices on such parts.
