Bumper Relocation 95 f150

Bumper Relocation 95 f150
Hello,
I have a 4x4 shortbed f150. The truck has a 3 inch body lift. The old bumper was in bad shape but sat at normal height, At the junkyard I got a nice bumper i believe is off an eddie bauer edition. (air dam and front lip on it), however this new bumper sits 3 inches too low.
It is moved as far up as possible, and it hits the bottom of the frame rails. SO i have a few questions...
- Does anyone have a link to somewhere that sells the bumper relocation brackets separately from the whole lift?
- Obviously some cutting will be required...better to trim the frame rails or bumper?
-Any other solutions?

Pretty much this. The brackets would be easy to make though if you have some pieces of steel, a good still, and some patience.
