Will F250/F350 20" factory oem wheels and tires 275/65/20 fit my 2005 F350 king ranch?

Thanks. Do you think it is a wise upgrade from my 18" wheels/tires? In your opinion. Or should I just replace my tires? Is their any other benifit than looks. Im really not to fond of my 2005 painted King Ranch wheels. Thanks again.

I like the 20s on the Super Duty trucks. I replaced some 17" aftermarket wheels that were on my truck with Harley 20s. They look great.
