jamusfan, he is in Michigan if it's the Grass Lake I know of but he thinks you're in New York maybe due to your mention of Buffalo, which just happens to be North of Waverly in Minnesota. Of course, Michigan to Minnesota isn't exactly a hop, skip & a jump.
Carry on fellers.
Bud Mud, how tall are those tires & wheels? I have them on my mind and I'm in Downriver, Mich..

The only problem for me would be that all my driving is done on the road. I'm guessing those tires would be a little loud. I'm just looking to get taller tires so I can drive on the freeway. The 4.10's (gearing) don't get it.
I do not have 4 stock steel wheels, sorry. I really like their look though and if I had them I would keep them. Painting them white would be the topper.
I never wanted to increase the unsprung weight on the truck (79 4x4) and so I've stuck with the aluminum wheels that came with the truck.

i was shocked, there not noises at all, there smooth riding cause there radials. I just want the stock look, im retired so i dont really drive far.
ford called them the "high water" first, then everyone called them high boys and it stuck, this is the 6th 1 i will have owned.
Guys just let claims like these go nowadays??? Or just figure fighting the hiboy battle is futile??? I'd be curious to see any FORD literature that referenced to any of the 67-77.5 250 4x4's as either of the above.

when i was kid,i had a poster from ford advertizing for the 76 "high water" F250. I found it online a couple years ago but now i cant,i will again then i'll post and print it off. THATS A FACT!
Hmmm interesting. The tread on the tires in the picture look like the Xtreme AT to me. But I don't have the tires sitting in front of m so I could definitely be wrong. Was just trying to help so someone didn't buy expecting one style of tire and get another.
