I'll go take a picture and add it here in just a bit. But yes it is just right where it shines down on the board good. Right where it starts to come down.

The air dam I could do, the cab lights, nope. As Dirty Harry would say, "Man's gotta know his limitations." I don't have the nerves for that.

Thanks for the extra pic.

One cool mod I saw on the way to work a week or so ago is a fellow backlit the F250 emblem at the back of the hood with an amber light. Looked nice.

It wasn't so bad really. And way easier on a truck with a sunroof. I did everything standing up through it.

Yikes! I thought this fellow just backlit his, I haven't looked to even see if the emblem is vented. Dunno, 300 for those two lights is a bit strong.

Thanks! Unfortunately I have an 07 and no plug. You should look at duraflaps instead of the factory mud flaps.... They provide way better protection (and look way better IMO) plus The factory ones scratched up my paint really bad.

I know you have a light bar picked out but this is what I used and IMO its a much cleaner look,I don't like to see the plastic bar.I will tell you the lights are BRIGHT.

M6 series LED Marker Lamp | Rectangular Marker Lamps | Marker/Clearance Lights | Truck/Trailer | Super Bright LEDs

I too tapped into the tag light.

I'm debating running them across the whole underneath of the tailgate.I just don't know if it's fitting for the look of my truck?

I'll also be replacing the rusty screws. It's not very fitting with my "clean look" lol.

I think he's talking about the plugs on the frame rails near the back of the cab on some of the newer trucks used to plug in running boards.

This may or may not help.

This is the tread that they talk about using the "courtesy time out" feature for the lights.

I haven't read the thread so in the end they may have just used the plug that the newer trucks have IDK.
