Taco Pizza sounds good to me.
Going to be beautiful Spring-like week starting today.
This is a very busy week at work for me. Hope everyone enjoys their Wednesday!

Anyone like to try some maple wood in their grill? I still have a whole bunch of it in my front yard, and am thinking now to just burn most of it off.
Grass is coming up fast, and I need to get all that wood squared away or disposed of - while I can still find it without trashing a mower blade!!!

Well the weeds didn't get cut today, went to a car show in Jackson instead then played 9 holes of golf and went out to eat. Another great day but my truck ain't gonna paint itself......

You mean the ones that bought me a wire-feed and a stack of tires last month?
I reckon...

Maple wood does a good job in the grill. Try cherry, pecan or beech
