Broken Axle Housing
Well, I have no idea how, but my fiancée managed to break the rear axle housing on her '05 FX4. The break is on the drivers side, where the housing shaft meets the pumpkin. I believe it happened at the same time the left rear wheel was cracked.
This all happened before I came into the picture, as we have not been off-roading since I have known her.
I am not able to post pics at the moment, or there would be a couple of pics here.
I know I could get a used housing from a salvage yard and put new and upgraded guts into it, but where would I get a whole aftermarket assembly that is upgraded all around?
