That's a loaded question.
I think the answer you're looking for is 1979 F350 4x4 short bed.
The problem is, Ford never made one. SO, what you have here is probably a '79 F250 4x4 short bed. The owner fabricated the hood (nobody sells one like it) swapped in the Dana 60 front axle, added the visor, cut the wheel well openings out farther than stock and lifted it about 10"-12" with 44" tires.
