My resolution for no blinkers
1999 expedition
This old thread helped me find the culprit of my blinkers not working. One of the easiest things to check, since my hazards did work and the blinkers & hazards use the same relay, was the wires going to the multifunction switch. Due to vehicle age and the tilt steering column, my wires also would come loose from the top and 2 or 3 little wires right on top would unseat. I may need to do more to keep them in place by for now I just took out the tilt lever after pushing the wires back in place. I didn’t know to check these green wires on top for looseness before changing the multifunction switch. Oh well, I now have a spare. I read somewhere that someone superglued their wires in place.
