About five hours ago I pulled into my driveway with a new-to-me 2009 F-250 Lariat, Triton V10, with 27k miles. A Ford guy my whole life ('89 Ranger, '67 Mustang fastback, '56 Fairlane, '50 8N redbelly), it only took me 49 years and 4 days to land my first F250, and it was worth the wait.
The first chance I had, I came to this site, bookmarked and registered.
I had been looking at PSDs and hoped to find one that would fit my budget but couldn't pass up this deal. I'll use it mostly for dragging around a 31-foot Keystone Outback (7,500 lbs +/-) so I found a 2011 post by Wolfboro documenting his V10 RV-ing experience extremely useful in making my decision. Thanks Wolf, wherever you may be.
I've found the TDI Club equivalent of this site to be an invaluable resource for upkeep with my 02 Jetta diesel 5-speed, and look forward to what I will learn from this site.
In other words…howdy guys, thanks for having me over.
Welcome, thanks for coming on board. FTEE is your best source of info for your F250! It`s always great to meet another Ford guy. I`ve had a few Rangers as well as a bunch of F100`s, F150`s and I have a 67 S code Mustang fastback.
