my 50 stakebed
Hi all,been long time since I've been here but still working on the 50 f1 stake bed.Dont know if anyone remembers my post awhile back,when I rescued this truck from a barn that was falling in!! Have all the underside repainted,and everything rebuilt,brakes,t87 trans,rearend,dropped in a running 8rt flathead,new radiator,hoses,gas tank--working on interior now and getting close to firing it up. Keeping it all original as possible.too bad someone welded a diamond plate floor on the stake bed-cant have it all I guess.All the cattle racks in good shape. At this point leaving all the rusted patina look outside--under the hood ,interior,and underbody looks new.See if I can get some pics up===just thought I would drop a line that i'm still here,sitting clear in the back of the room!ha ha John
