You know - live'n the dream in the coldest part of the country this winter.

I'll add I didn't have the diesel freeze up this winter - but there was only two days where it wasn't in the garage at 60 degrees hooked up to the battery tender.

Separate incidents. I slid on an Icy Back Road, and tried to remove a tree with the front.
The fuel Gelling was a couple weeks prior. 8hrs laying under that MFer, in -17*f.......Errrr

Yup no matter how strong your front-end - tree usually win. Hope you made it through without too many bumps and bruises...

O Tree won. No injuries. All them cooler's were like a big Pillow. My truck has been in the Body Shop for a month and a half. Supposed to get it back tomorrow.
(I'm thinking the body shop bit off more than he could chew with a diesel. They have been having a hard time getting the right parts, and my insurance company kind of jerked them around for 2 weeks.)

Not too many complaints. took off all the emissions crap and built the way it should have been built in the first place.

Not really a daily driver anymore - more of toy to waste money on more then anything.

Absolutely! I need something to hang-on to with my left hand while I hook up the tow-rope with my right hand to pull out you Ford and Dodge guys.
