any plumbers around?
I have a water reducer valve question, Sorry if it is long .I tested my water presser on a outside tap, and the guage goes to 80 lbs right away, then it slowly keeps moving up till it hits 100lbs ( which I'm guessing is the street presser) I was wondering why it doesn't stay at 80 lbs, if that is were the reducer is set at. I turned the reducer way down to like 40 lbs, but again it hits 40 lbs right away then creeps up to 100 lbs. the reducer is about a yr old, could it be screwed, when I turn any tap on it starts with higher presser at first then slows down to what the reducer is set at, When your tap is running could it be at the presser the reducer is set at, but when shut off be sitting at street presser.
