Unfortunately, all of mine are in place, so I can't go measure them. But I know that they have 15mm hex heads, and I would guess that they are most likely 12mm coarse threads. Can you pull one off of your manifolds to see? I'm guessing you're asking because you're wanting to replace them.
By the way, on my 4 liter engine, they are bolts that go into threaded holes in the manifold. So no nuts.
The 12mm was just a tease - looking a little more one eBay I found the full specks: "M12X1.75X49.5" (and of course, it's hardened). There are two vendors selling the N803420-S2 bolts right now. Search for that number to find them.
