no fuel no fire
I need help. Its a long drawn out ordeal but to sum it up for now
I have read and read and read some more to the point im confused . My 94 150 302 4x4 e40d single cab short bed with 200k+ miles just decided about a year and ahalf a go to start like always but then die about 2 seconds later to never start again.
injectors not spraying fuel
pump good , relay clicking, pressure at schrader valve,12 volts on injectors
thought it was computer based on my forum study, got a replacement computer , same thing, it would run with a gas rag over the throttle body , so that tells me just not getting fuel.
got the *** bought another truck, changed motor out computer out and harnes for the pump.
now it should run but it wont now its not firing or getting fuel
I just put in a new pump , and relays are good
only way I can make pump pump is to pull the relay and jump it out from top to bottom but of course its constant , and I still have no fire , only way I can get it to fire is to pull the "spout"out idk what that does ? But at this point it still wont run just spit sputter and pop out the intake.
Im really stumped with it and I need help please
thanks in advance

Its a 94 f150 4x4 was a 302 now idk I bought motor already built (said to have near 400 hp ) but I have not seen it in action yet .
no I have no way of getting codes dont even know how accutate they would be concidering 2 different motors and 3 different computers in the last 2 years none of wich all worked together to make it run.plus im sure it has a few things removed that would throw codes anyways.

Sounds like maybe the computer ground on the fender is not hooked up to ground point near the battery.
The black with a white stripe small wire to the left is the computer & fuel pump relay coil ground.
The fuel pump coil is grounded by the computer and back to this point by the computer.

Were any parts re-used throughout this ordeal? distributor, Ignition Control Module (ICM), etc.
The SPOUT connecter allows the computer to control the timing. With the SPOUT out the timing will run at whatever the distributor is set at, factory is 10 BTDC.

Yes a bad computer ground can cause all kinds of issues. Since you changed everything else before covering the basics, now you are forced to stop throwing parts at this.

I transfered the motor with every thing attached plus the computer and the part of the harnes from tne fire wall back
my original issue was injectors not grounding they had 12v but no ground signal

The PCM Computer grounds the wire going to the fuel injector. This fires the injector.
The PCM Computer looks for a PIP from the distributor and when the distributor gets them it grounds the fuel injectors to fire at the right time.
