Anyone NOT run the rear brake line over the axle housing? I wanna hide it by going over a crossmember. So I'm curious where to connect the rear flexible hose to the hard line if I do that. Any pics?
The brake fluid under pressure does not care how it gets to the wheel cylinders, within reason. Four wheel drops will work. Think independent rear suspension.
If you make tabs on each side of frame to mounts hoses and run hard line across a frame crossmember that would be fine. Just make sure hoses are long enough to allow full travel of rear end. I would not run the line on the box crossmember. You can buy a tee that will screw into one of the flex hose fittings.
