WATER PUMP - FORD F250 - 7.3 SUPER DUTY- DIESEL
I had a water heater replaced by a Ford service dept. in 2008, - Labour charge $423.90. The same service dept. just put another one in, 2014 - Labour $762.50. Both times I had cooling flush. Difference this time is a new thermostat, inlet? and something called Connection W?
Labour in 2008 was $94 - 2014 $125.
I've spoke to a manager and he is checking it out.
He told me the time involved should be 3 to 4 hours. I pointed out that the amount I was charged would equal 6 hours.
It didn't sound very promising and I'm probably going to have to appeal to the Ford Motor Co.
Would anyone know the standard amount of hours I should be charged for this work?
My total charge un 2008 was $878. 2014 was $1450.
Thank you and have a great day.
