1st question

Does it really take that many rusted bolts to hold the fenders/inner fenders and core support.... Just starting my 66 F100 re-build

I wondered the same thing when I started taking my 66 apart , I even wondered if at one point my dad and my grandfather might have worked at Ford because when they built something at it required 2 nails they usually put 4 that was twice the size needed .

Lasted 48 years, how long do you think a 2014 with less bolts is gonna be around???
