TGI Friday. Man, am I glad. Unfortunately it seems to also be ark building time too. But at least it ain't freezing.

 

Its one of those "can't win for loosing" things...

Yesterday at the first hint of sun & the Escape came home with a couple hunert' dollars of nursery flats of plants. At least they were purchased with gift cards from Christmas. Unfortunately they're all them pots that's gotta be "refreshed" before the plants find their new homes. Guess who gets the job.

 

Well David, Ill trade with you. I bought a pole saw from Harbor Freight to trim the large oak in the front yard and some smaller trees that Ja'nice wanted cut back. She learned I cant cut and catch at the same time and that tree beat the hell out of me. 5 loads of branches hauled off.

 

Ahhh "springtime", the season of pollen and honey do's. Hope she waits until the pecan trees start budding out. Sure sign it's okay to plant. My better half has already murdered several plants this year!!! I attempted to explain the error of her ways, that was just before the fight started! "He'll hath no fury!!!!"

 

Here we go again. Yall remember she wanted the house painted - she wants it done this year.

You had to go and say the "T" word..... Sore subject. I done mine on April 1st, started to send Ms. some Monopoly money.... No, no refund here, pretty much BOHICA, "bend over, here it comes again!"
