Hello everyone.....
Hi, Just bought my first Ford P/U and so far it's been interesting and I'm enjoying working on it....
I've owned a '97 Ford Crown Victoria LX for 6 years and love it. Yesterday I picked up an '82 Ford F150 XLT Lariat w/5.0 V8, for cheap. Even came with a nice matching paint, Leer camper shell, interior of the bed has been carpeted. Four new Good Year M/S tires all around made it a sweeter deal....
Truck needs TLC & a few things, but what truck/car that age doesn't? It's not the prettiest thing on the block, but for a hauler, it'll work out great.
Truck runs strong and tranny shifts great. Even though it's only a 2WD, I'm sure to go find some mud and make some ruts.
