Never tried rodents as food but there are a few I know in NY who like hunting and eating them.

I dont own a Mini 14. Ar's yup. Plus, .223 is too expensive for these little guys. Fox and coyote, yes that is what I like though.

a 22.250 lever gun would be quite interesting for sure. I love the velocity that those can achieve.
