The 6.7 PSD has 2 cooling systems.........2 Filters.

i got the frame mount kit for mine which they say the instructions for the 6.0 is the same for the 6.4...

The primary is for the engine block. Nothing new.
The secondary is for cooling all the accessories......
Engine oil
transmission oil
pwr steering oil
The truck uses heat exchangers to cool this stuff.
BTW: I don't see a filter system for the 6.7 where you went shopping.

Well, the bumper is done. That is nice. No rush on a cooling system filter.
I am also considering a diesel fuel filter/water separator to be put in between the tank and the OEM filter/water separator.

I found a local dealer for Tough Country.
I had them install a TC Traditional.
It will stop a Deer........I see a bunch of them around here.

thats a big reason i want one... i take a few of the back roads here.. and theyre all over them... course theyre all over the city ones too...
