driveshaft carrier
I have 78 supercab 2wd, 400 C6. I've always had a vibration when I lift off the throttle at highway speeds. It's fine under load though. Is the drive shaft loop at the rear ot the supercab supossed to be tight (slop free) where the drive shaft begins its angle down to the rearend? Appears to have a rubber donut held in place by a metal strap. I assume the previous owner has driveshaft balanced etc beacuse his name is on all three pieces and has alignment marks. Maybe it just needs a balancing?
