Need headlights for the SD
I need some new headlights on my 03 SD. I really like the new HID/LED style that I have seen on cars. My wife's 300 has them and it's dang near like daylight. Does anyone know where to look or have suggestions?

Are you needing new headlight assemblies or just wanting to replace/upgrade bulbs?
I swapped '04 headlight assemblies into my '99 and installed Sylvania SilverStar bulbs and am very happy with the light output I have....

The black and the clear look great, I wonder how easy they are to mount. All of the reviews look fake...

Oddly, I had that very same thought. I imagine other places sell the same lights, though. Maybe I'll do some looking around.

I found them in both black and silver from several other sites, including Xtreme Diesel. Sounds like installation could require some tweaking of the header panel and an additional wire for the LEDs, judging by the reviews posted there.

What level of header tweaking? As much as factory 05-07, or less? I've really considered just getting an 05 header with the light to eliminate the issue. My ranch hand bumper is universal 99-07 so it's not an issue.

You can DIY very easily and save money.
It's just a custom harness wired on 30 amp relays and 10ga wire connected to the battery. 80w/100w bulbs in ceramic bulb sockets.
