my 2002 7.3 powerstroke has a coolant leak that seams to be coming from the front cover someware behind the port to oil cooler only leaks after warmed up and t stat opens any ideas I realy don't want to pull the engine to get the front cover off and I cant see exactly where its coming from

could be up above at the thermostat housing, try to clean everything up so you can pin-point the leak

Also, check the weep hole on the waterpump. They usually leak a little coolant before they fail completely
