Full Bullet Proofing. Missing Anything?

So working on a early 2004 6.0 with 160,000 miles.

Installing:

ARP headstuds
OEM head gasket kit
ASE EGR delete
Cat delete
Ficmrepair.com lifetime FICM with Atlas 40
High pressure oil pump
Blue spring kit
Scan guage

Am I missing amything? Should I install new push rods?

I would replace the pushrods while your in there. Go with the 6.4 pushrods. Whats the reason for the hpop? Also would flush with vc9 and water before the work is done and put in cat1 coolant along with a coolant filter.

This is actually a different truck than the HPOP I just did. I just figured these early 6.0 go through pumps enough that I'm in here I'm gonna replace it.

Here are some pics of where I'm at so far.

I'd do an oil cooler just because you're in there and it's easy at that point.

How are the injectors? Maybe polish the spool valves.

Water pump??

Sorry forgot got 8 new oem injectors and new oil cooler. Water Pump is a good idea. Do the 6.4 pushrods drop right in? That's the first time I've heard that.

If you want to truly bulletproof, then ditch the OEM oil cooler and oil filtration system and go bulletproof desel air/oil cooler.
