What spark plugs?

So I am finishing up my maint. on my 2000 f250 v10 auto. 4x4. what is the best plug for this engine.

platnum, not platnum, E3, bosch 4 ect.

what have people used and what are experiences.

I am intrigued with the E3 plugs but think back to the gimmic of the ac delco plugs back in the day.

I used all motorcraft. They are a platinum and good for 100k, but will probably change before that. My local oreilly auto parts sells them but check out this link for better price on shipping. Its a good idea to use anti-seize, die electric grease and new springs/boots as well.
