Also loving this in-progress look so far. 
Any plans to paint the grill and headlight bezels the same body color? That's an interesting look, it was done on my stock white '00 E250.
Mirrors also same body color---very unique look for a toy hauler.

JWA, thanks Yes will paint the grill body color as well as the mirrors. If you look close the door handles are painted too

thinking about subtle script logo's on the bottom of the sides, say 3" high.

I've bought this '03 about 4 years ago and over time swapped and painted the bumpers, painted the running boards and upgraded to the '04 and up factory 6 spokes, found the small front air dam.
I've been wanting to paint the top for a long time and finally had the spare $$$'s.
We use the van to tow a road race car (or go surfing). The new top color is dodge viper red, same as my viper. I use an open trailer and can't wait see how it will all look together thanks again! Mike

I found that steering wheel about 2 or 3 years ago on ebay, leather was brand new and was painted yellow, got it for $49 shipped with the intention of covering in it in alcantera and keeping the stocker. Decided instead to paint red over the yellow and add some interior color.
Wasn't sure if I'd like the feel of the painted surface but its fine. Real upside is that the back of the wheel where the paint is has finger indentations vs. smooth and I like the feel of that much better on the road.
