SEAT SWAP...Maybe?

I am looking to upgrade to a newer seat from a newer F250...is this possible without seat mount/holes modification? I currently have a 95 F-250 with a 40/20/40 split set up. Any info would be appreciated. Mods, please place this in the right category if I have it wrong. Thanks!
