93 Explorer A\C

A\C just isn't cold. It was professionally changed over to the R134a, the compressor is spinning, and not for only a few seconds, and i checked the pressure on the low side line it appears to have a charge. Any ideas on why its just not cold??

I had a similar problem on my '98 Sport. My problem was a rusted out accumulator. Had to be replaced last week and I am freezing myself again.
