I can believe the chev was totaled. I took a 93 Tempo broadside at 45 or so under my passenger side running board and front tire. I thought I hit a pothole. My rear tire was remarkably apparent on the cowl of the Tempo. The front bumper of the car was up to the firewall. No-one got hurt. My wife was on the passenger side and didn't know what happened until she looked in her side view and saw the mass under the street lighting.
The young man had borrowed the car and thought it had auto lights. (not autolites).

There is a lot to be said about the safety of our trucks. Wish it wasn't snowing so hard (couldn't snap a photo that turned out).

There is safety in numbers..............It starts with F250. I'll never change colors or numbers.

BTW, I always say that they aren't drink holders, they're drink throwers. (Dash type holders) (and not promoting it either) but the straws were undisturbed.

Tempo of that year weighs in at 1900 and change. Alignment and runningboard. That's it.

Hit by a ton at 45. Broadside direct. You can't change my mind. I'm trying to put my daughters behind one (not a tempo you funny guys). VERY SAFE TRUCKS.

Hoping your build goes well, We'll be eyeballing this one.

Hats off bro.

Denny

Looks real good Travis. I always thought that would be a good idea and look good to paint the black part of the grille like that on the 99-04 stock grilles, and it does look really good. But mine didn't come with the stock grille, so I don't have to worry about it, lol.

I know. At least you got to go for a much more exciting ride that night though. Lol. To think that was probably 50-60hp short of what it should be making too.

I have to give a huge thank you to Razzi. He came down Saturday and spent probably 6-7 hours or so helping us wrench on the truck and even drove me home when we realized I didn't have the parts to get it going again.

Edit: I almost forgot.. I also got my gauges installed too. Clutch and turbo are all that I need to buy to finish this off.

160/100s for now. Once my built engine is done for the OBS, I'll take the 238/100s from that abd drop those in the super duty so I can put big injectors in the OBS.

Sounds like a plan Travis. The 160/100 vs my 160/80's is the same amount of fuel but faster delivery of the fuel, right?

Slightly faster, yes. Like maybe .1ms faster.

What gauges are those Tavis? They look real good. I wanted to get some like that for mine eventually, since I want a fuel pressure gauge, and I have glowshift gauges right now, but was wanting to get some ISSPRO EV2 gauges, which look like yours.

Trucks coming along great, can't wait to see once you get all your performance upgrades on.

They are Isspro EV2s. Performance parts will happen soon. Its not happening as quickly as I wanted, but oh well.

Great job! I think it's better when you can do things yourself.

Lol. The whole idea of making a trip to RRE without my OBS in tow bothers me. It will have bigger injectors in it before RRE, but it won't be ready to make any passes or anything.
