Hello everyone! New here..........
Just thought it would be useful to join the forum. I have often refered to it at times.
I own a 1995 F-250 (Old company truck) with the 5.8 in it, and it is getting ready to roll over 318,000 miles! Still runs great and starts everytime! (Just keeps throwing the belt!!)
Picked up a 1986 F-250 4x4 with a 5.0 in it a few days ago, and love it! (So does the wife.) This Indiana snow and ice this winter it became necessary for us to have a 4x4 on hand.
Anyway, great forum and have a great one!

Thanks for the welcome!
Figuring it is the belt. I've changed the tensioner and the alignment seems to be fine. The one thing I have not done is change that belt. I'd say it is stretched.

Hello Gfish, and thanks for the welcome! Nice to meet ya! Hello from Indiana...4 more inches of snow tonight, and 9 damn degrees. (And more rust in my fleetsides!)
