Long time driver, first time poster
Hello, I'm Darryl. I have had Ford trucks in the past but haven't had one for year and a half. Today, I picked up a 1987 f250, 4X4, regular cab, with the 6.9 motor. 140k on the miles. Farm truck so it's dirty and a little dinked up. Replacing the steering column (tilt falls) and pedal assembly (cracked), but for $800 I don't think I am hurting any. So I decided to sign up here to learn more (first diesel) about this truck and have access to a plethora of knowledge about these trucks. I do have questions but I will post them later when I have more info. Good to be here.
