hi folks. just acquired a 99 F250 Super Duty XLT with a long bed from my parents. my dad rides his motorcycle during good weather so it only has 85k on the clock. it had 41k when he got it in July 2002. during the past few months we've replaced all the shocks, brakes all the way around, rotors on the front, and brake lines. also had a new exhaust cat back installed and a new windshield (a little past my capabilities). this site has already helped me, straightened out the heat only blowing out the defrost. so easy, never would have thought to check the hoses that go to the hubs. it also needs the door lock actuators fixed, thought about trying the tinfoil fix but we'll see when the temps start getting above 5 or 10 degrees during the day. onto the pics.
its a bit different than my last daily driver, about twice the size.
was just going to sell the truck and get something different but after driving it again for a days i don't know if i can bring myself to do it. LOVE this truck. (had it most of this past summer, grew on me quick)
future plans are CAI, e-fan conversion (i'll likely never tow anything), tint, larger tires, rhino lining, and i'm sure the list will grow. comments and tips/tricks will be greatly appreciated.
