K&N issue resolution
I have seen some people posting issues with installing K&N kit. There was a batch of tubes sent out with the MAF pad installed wrong I have a 2014 F-250 kit 77-2582KTK if you hold the tude with the MAF pad on the right there should be a stamp on it (K&N A17 for mine) it should be on the bottom written right side up. Mine was on the top upside down K&N is shipping me a new tube

IIRC I believe you just threw your warranty out the window.. K&N's have been proven to do nothing on here time and time again. Most users on here don't use aftermarket setups like that. Im glad you got your issues resolved, I think most issues come from over-oiled filters or when they aren't dried out properly. I would clean the MAF every time the filter is cleaned to keep the oily residue under control.
