What fits 2002 frame

Hi guys, I have come across a 2002 4.0l/v6 extended cab that was totaled with < 3000 miles on it. The running gear is perfect, all I need is a good body. I would like to put a 90-91 cab/bed on this, but don't know what will fit. Does anyone have any body/frame mounting measurements, or good info on what years will fit this extended CAB?

What fits 2002 frame

98-03 body will drop on. Prior years will have about 1/2" mismatch at the front end sheet metal mounts.
