460 timing @5500ft

460 timing @5500ft
I have a 1985 Ford F250 with a c-6 auto and rebuilt 460. I timed it at 10 BTDC and it seems to run great. Is this timing correct for this elevation? Any suggestions would be great!

In addition to the above question, I want to add that I tow a 24 foot Camp trailer (6000 lbs.) and am looking for info on the best timing adjustment for this. Is 10BTDC the best adjustment? How do I determine the best without causing unintended damage?

Just got back from pulling my 24' 5er (6500-7000#)from ~900' (eastern MN) to just under 9,000' in southern CO. Basic timing is set @ 12* and I had no problem with the timing setting. I ran the lowest octane unleaded regular available and avoided ethanol blends.
Had my distributor "recurved" at a local ignition shop before the trip and feel that helped. The guy I was working with said he has seen some horrendously mis-built rebuilts; mismatched springs, weights, etc. My weights and springs weren't too bad but I had a sticking linkage bar that I never would have discovered.
At his instruction I recorded rpm, engine vacum, fuel octane, ethanol content or not and road conditions on an earlier trip to Chicago. He matched the distributor advance to my truck and load. Seems to work very well. Money well spent.
