Front springs difference ?

On the dent side front I-Beam axles is there a difference in the right and left coil spring ? I just got my new front springs from "Moog" and one is marked for Drivers side . The tag is a pretty tough plastic tag sealed to the spring so it will have to be cut off to remove it. The tag has some words i can't read and the words i can read that say "Drivers side only ", on one of the springs. Would there be a different spring rate on the drivers side for some reason ?
They look real good with what looks like a powder coat finish.

Maybe for the additional weight of the driver.

My 73 does not have A-C , so i am thinking ' drivers weight' .

They are --Moog #8228
Listed for
66-79 F-100

75-79 F-150

66_79 F-250

All standard cab original fit .

I will do as instructed but it's new to me .

I seem to remember a thread from way back talking this very thing. I believe the consensus was yes, the driver side springs are stiffer.

I thought i could remember reading about the difference before. But i never knew if it was here or on some other forum. I can see where the engineers would assume there's only the driver most of the time and add enough for a couple of hundred lbs.

We had trouble doing a wheel alignment on a guy's car once. He kept complaining about "pulling" and tire wear. Finally did an alignment with the guy in the vehicle (he weighed close to 300 pounds). Everything was fine after that.
