King Ranch

Hi! I'm new to this forum looking for information on the 2004 F-150 - was going to buy a King Ranch 03, but I like the look of the the 04 trucks, so I'm waiting. I like the leather seats in the King Ranch and would like an 04 King Ranch, but I keep getting conflicting information. One dealer says NO King Ranch in 04, another says it will be offered late in the model year. I called Ford customer service and the person who answered didn't know what a King Ranch was - go figure! No help there. He did say the tentative release date for the 04 was August 18. I'm looking forward to seeing them live and up close. So what do you know? King Ranch or no in 04?

Is there a site I can see what options will be available?

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. If Ford will no longer be making King Ranch, perhaps I can get the seats as an aftermarket conversion. Even better, maybe the stock will be nice enough I won't need any others.

It will probably be available in a F250/350 superduty PSD

Our other vehicle is a 2002 F-350 with a Western Hauler conversion - my husband's truck. The 150 will be my everyday drive around town vehicle. I don't need it for pulling, the 350 is for that, but I do need a truck for hauling feed and such. There are several little things I like in the King Ranch 250 over the 150 - such as arm rests on the captains chairs. However, I prefer the ride of the 150 so that's what I'll go with.

I've read everything I can find on Ford's site and the posts on this forum (which have been very helpful). Several people here seem to have information on the available options such as colors. I've so far been unable to locate that information. Do you know where I can find it?

Thanks again for your help - I appreciate it!
