i tipped a stand up tool box over one day moving it and it crused two of my toes and knocked my toe nails off my toes still hurt now i wear safety boots lol

 

I worked in a service garage when I was 16-18 years old. The boss was very saftey concious and always harping at us for unsafe practices. One day while removing the starter from a vehicle on an overhead hoist his wedding ring tack welded itself between the starter cable stud and the starter housing. The ring finally melted and he fell unconcious to the floor. He didn't loose the finger, but had a horrible burn.

(1) Disconect battery before doing anything electrical
(2) Don't wear rings when working around machinery.
