Ours changed to rain mid/late morning. I saw it coming down as snow again just a little bit ago but it seems the rain is still fighting it out. I won't be cleaning the driveway off until the snow comes back for good.
Even with it being a 4wd it still had a rough time.
It will handle 10-12" all day but not this heavy.
I looked into a blower for it but just the attachment is about $2800.
Good evening all. 9-10 inches in the driveway here in Newington. I was up at 3:00am and nothing. Went back to bed and at 5:30am about 4 or 5 inches. That was fast. My truck liked the snow the most just look at the snow smile on the tailgate.
Good evening everyone. Had a snow day today, we didn't go into work. That gave me the time to get quite intimate with my snow blower and clear my entire freaking driveway. The good news was that the blower works really well, I really like the hydrostatic drive. Bad news is the sheer length of my freaking driveway. Took me over three hours moving as fast as the machine could move.
When I finally made it home the truck did NOT like pushing through the ~foot of snow/ice. Made like a 4wd battering ram and got up 20' at a time for that first pass.
