83 351w ignition problem
Ok so I was driving down the road the other day in the rain and my truck just dies and won't start back.up till about 5 mins later and did this 3 times and quit. Than later that night I was driving home and it quit and wouldn't start back up. I have no power at the solenoid and the ignition box has power going in but none coming out. There's this wire that goes through the fire wall and goes up behind my gushes, can't tell if it does anything, and its plugged into ths back of my box. Any ideas what that is?? Any idea what the pollen could be, is there any way to test the box?

Too many symptoms. Let's take this one at a time. You said " I have no power at the solenoid" but which terminal do you mean? If the battery terminal then you have a bad connection in the battery cable, which would kill the engine and cause it not to restart.
