My dad owned a 83 Bronco and on the tailgate it had a horses head painted on that matched the colors of the truck. I have been lookin all around on the internet trying to find one with the same feature. Has anybody else seen this, or do you think it was custom?

 

I would think that, that would be a custom paint job

 

Maybe a dealer installed item.

Or a regional thing.
