Interchangeable Parts

On a 99-03 F250 which parts can be replaced with newer ones?

I know that some newer tailgates and mirrors can change, but how much modification do any of the changes actually take?

So here's what would help me, reply with what parts you know can be interchanged and how much modification it takes to make those parts fit. And things like cost (if you know it) and anything you learned from when you changed the parts.

First post here and you already fit in! Very good sense of humor!

Now, just in case I'm mistaken and you aren't trying to be funny, the list you want is only limited by your imagination and how much you want to spend. Either on the part or making it work.

So, let's try and different approach. How about you tell us what parts off of the newer Super Duty rigs you wanna update on the '99 - '03 trucks, and we'll tell you if it's a direct swap/bolt-in, or how much modification it takes.
